10 Best Olight Tactical Flashlight 2026 in the United States

The OLIGHT ArkPro Ultra is a versatile tactical flashlight ideal for everyday carry, outdoor activities, and emergency use. It delivers a powerful 1700 lumens on its white LED floodlight, providing a wide and soft beam perfect for close-up tasks and general illumination. For longer-distance viewing, it offers an 800-lumen focused spotlight that helps see farther with clarity. Additionally, its UV and green beams add useful options for stain detection, leak spotting, or signaling, expanding its functionality beyond a typical flashlight. These four light sources can be combined in seven different ways, allowing flexible lighting depending on your needs.

The flashlight uses a rechargeable lithium polymer battery that supports up to 14 days of continuous use on a low moonlight mode, with convenient magnetic USB and USB-C charging options. It features color-coded indicators for brightness and battery levels, making it easy to monitor power at a glance. Its robust construction from a proprietary aluminum alloy makes it highly durable—resistant to scratches, dents, and breaking—well suited for rugged environments.

The compact rectangular design fits comfortably in hand and pockets, weighing just 0.26 pounds, with a dual-way clip and magnetic base for versatile, hands-free carrying and mounting. One possible drawback is the complex range of modes, which might take a moment to master for first-time users. Also, while the brightness is excellent for an EDC flashlight, those needing extreme long-distance beams might look elsewhere. The ArkPro Ultra effectively balances brightness, versatility, and durability in a stylish, user-friendly package that works well for campers, emergency responders, and anyone needing reliable, multi-functional lighting on the go.

The OLIGHT PL X is a versatile tactical flashlight designed for users who need both a powerful spotlight and a wide floodlight. It offers up to 1,200 lumens in flood mode for broad illumination and a focused spotlight beam that reaches up to 300 meters, which is great for spotting targets at a distance. Its rechargeable built-in lithium polymer battery charges quickly via USB-C, which is convenient for on-the-go use, though the battery is not replaceable.

The flashlight is made from tough 6061 aluminum with a waterproof rating and drop resistance, making it durable enough for rough outdoor or tactical conditions. It fits securely on popular rail mounts like 1913 Picatinny and GL rails, thanks to adjustable, reversible lugs and a ratchet system that keeps it steady without wobbling. The flashlight runs for about 2 hours and 25 minutes on a full charge, which is decent but might be limiting for extended use without recharging. Its compact size and included holster compatibility add to ease of carry and quick access. However, since the battery is built-in and non-replaceable, once its lifespan ends, the entire unit may need replacement, which is a consideration for long-term use.

The OLIGHT PL X excels in delivering bright, adaptable lighting with solid build quality and reliable mounting, making it well-suited for tactical, security, hunting, or outdoor enthusiasts who prioritize a rechargeable, dual-beam flashlight.

The OLIGHT Odin S is a solid choice for a tactical weapon-mounted flashlight, delivering a bright maximum output of 1500 lumens with a long beam distance of 250 meters. This means it offers strong illumination and a focused hotspot that’s useful for identifying targets at medium to long range. Its rechargeable lithium-ion battery (3500 mAh included) supports dual power options, also allowing the use of two non-rechargeable batteries, giving flexibility in the field. The flashlight’s runtime varies depending on the mode but tends to be efficient enough for typical tactical engagements.

It’s built from durable aluminum and rated IPX8 waterproof, so it can handle tough conditions including rain or splashes. Weighing about 1.1 pounds and measuring just over 5 inches, it’s compact yet sturdy, and mounting is secure thanks to an upgraded bracket and compatibility with MLOK or Picatinny rails. The magnetic remote pressure switch with a double-lock design provides reliable control, which is crucial for quick on/off or mode changes under stress. Additionally, the customizable strobe feature can be toggled easily for disorienting potential threats.

There are some considerations: the light’s weight might feel a bit heavy for users wanting a lighter setup, and the complexity of switching between battery types requires care to avoid charging non-rechargeable batteries. Also, while versatile, the advanced features might take some time to get used to for those new to tactical lights. The OLIGHT Odin S is a powerful, rechargeable weapon light designed for serious tactical use, combining brightness, durability, and secure mounting, though it carries a moderate weight and some operational complexity.
